Salon Owners Get An Expanded Menu Of Available Sunbeds From The Industry Leader
Jonesboro, Arkansas — November 2010 — Hans-Juergen Kreitz, President & CEO of JK-North America, announces new details and exciting opportunities for ETS customers resulting from the recent business alliance between JK-North America and ETS.
"As with any acquisition there are questions from existing ETS customers that we are happy to address and believe that we have some great news," said Hans-Juergen Kreitz, President & CEO of JK-North America. "I would like to reaffirm our commitment to ETS customers and reassure them that they will be supported through a vast network of sales and service representatives throughout the country."
JK-North America has officially confirmed that all warranties currently in place on ETS equipment will be honored and serviced accordingly. Parts are readily available and can be purchased by calling 800.449.3605 to place an order. It is JK-North America's commitment to existing ETS customers to ensure they can rely on their warranties being honored and the availability of parts to service their sunbeds.
Bill Pipp, CEO of ETS, said, "I want to emphasize that the ETS team will work closely with JK-North America to ensure all past and future customers of the ETS brands will continue to receive the service and support with which they have become accustomed."
In addition, new opportunities will be available to salons with regard to their investment in tanning equipment. The most successful sunbeds from the ETS lineup will continue to be available to salon owners. Some less popular models will be discontinued; however, ETS customers now have access to the entire JK-North America lineup of sunbeds.
